Thomas C. Blagrave created this comprehensive study of ferns in South Africa in 1860 and recorded his findings in a unique compilation of photo prints. The FERN collection is inspired by the textures of the photographic paper and the iridescent effect of the film, while the fern patterns were kept stark, clean and true to their natural state.
